We're excited to be able to ship to most places in the world. Our shipping methods, costs and estimated times (from our shipping provider) can be found below. Please keep in mind that shipping to remote areas, and to some countries may take longer than average.

 

UK Shipping​

 

Standard shipping (Royal Mail, 1st class, signed for) £2.85

Free shipping for purchases over £75

Dispatch within 1 day, shipping 2-3 business days, ususally faster.

 

 

Europe Zone 1 Shipping

 

Royal Mail International tracked and signed £9

Dispatch within 1 day, shipping 3-5 business days

 

Rest of the World Shipping

Royal Mail International tracked and signed £11

Dispatch within 1 day, shipping 6-7 business days

 

Return & Exchange Policy

We want you to be pleased with your order. If for any reason you are unhappy with your product and would like a refund or exchange then please return it to us within 30 days of receipt in an unused condition and in original packaging.

We are happy to replace most products but there are some exceptions that cannot be returned unless they are faulty. These products include personalised items and sale items.

Products returned to us must be in a resalable condition. Products should be unused and in their original packaging.

With the exception of faulty goods The Good Blue is not responsible for the cost of returning products. We always advise that you obtain a proof of postage when returning an item.

Please allow up to 10 working days for us to receive your return and communicate receipt of the goods.
